The two supplements we do NOT recommend taking together are CH Chaste Berry Vitex and CH Saw Palmetto. These offer different hormonal benefits to the body, so clients would take one or the other depending on their situation.  

As a reminder, CH Skin Clarity and CH Multi Vitamin for Acne Prone skin are the same formula, so these shouldn't be taken together either.

All other Clove Hill supplements can be taken in tandem.
